The Renault Type EE was an early passenger car model from Renault . It was also called 22 CV .

description

The national licensing authority granted its approval on March 20, 1914. The predecessor was the Renault Type DO . In the same year production ended without a successor.

A water-cooled six - cylinder engine with a bore of 85 mm and a stroke of 150 mm produced 22 hp from a displacement of 5107 cm³ . The engine power was sent to the rear axle via a cardan shaft . The maximum speed was specified as 52 km / h to 78 km / h, depending on the gear ratio.

With a wheelbase of 363.7 cm and a track width of 145 cm, the vehicle was 493 cm long and 176 cm wide. The turning circle was given as 14 meters. The chassis weighed 1100 kg. Torpedo , limousine and landaulet have survived.
