Bohemia (meaning the countries of the Bohemian Crown ), a part of Austria-Hungary , took part in three Summer Olympic Games. After the First World War , the region became part of the newly formed Czechoslovakia . Bohemian athletes have since participated in the Czechoslovak team.

A total of 60 participants were sent, including one woman. Four medals were won.

The youngest team member was the cyclist Bohumil Rameš in 1912 , who started at the age of 17. The fencer Vilém Goppold von Lobsdorf was the oldest participant in 1912 at the age of 42.

Olympic Intermediate Games 1906

13 athletes, men only, took part in the Athens Intermediate Games in 1906. Two bronze medals were won. Zdeněk Žemla won bronze in the men's singles and doubles, here together with Ladislav Žemla , with whom he was not related.

Hedwiga Rosenbaumová won the bronze medal in the mixed tournament with the Briton Archibald Warden . The medal is listed in mixed team Olympic history .
