Company history
Gilbert E. Porter lived in Glendale , California in 1926 . There he manufactured automobiles . The brand name was Sequoia . He sold a total of two vehicles. Problems with a subcontractor prevented a larger number.

The chassis had a wheelbase of 249 cm . A six-cylinder engine powered the vehicles. They were bodied as a two-seater roadster . The three-part windshield with sun visor and the stern of the boat were striking . The radiator grille was fashionably designed as a pointed radiator . The original price was 3,000 US dollars .
