Mercedes-Benz Vision GST 2 is a concept vehicle from Mercedes-Benz that was presented in January 2004 and later went into series production as the Mercedes-Benz 251 series.

Mercedes-Benz Vision GST 2 - a further development of Mercedes-Benz Vision GST - was presented at the North American International Auto Show in Detroit in January 2004. Vision GST 2 had a hybrid drive . Coupled were a diesel engine with a displacement of 4,000 cubic centimeters and a power of 184 kilowatts (250 horsepower) and an electric motor with 50 kilowatts (67 horsepower). The vehicle transmission was a six-speed automatic transmission with all-wheel drive .

The vehicle accelerated from zero to 100 km / h in 6.6 seconds and the top speed was electronically limited to 250 km / h.
