The Société Générale des Voitures Automobiles Otto was a French manufacturer of automobiles .

The company manufactured automobiles in Paris between 1900 and 1914 and sold them under various brand names.

Brand name Otto (1901–1907)

Initially, the 10 CV models with a two-cylinder engine and 20 CV with a four-cylinder engine were produced. Both models had a chain drive . In 1902 a 10 CV with a four-cylinder engine replaced the 20 CV . In 1907 a 30 CV was on offer.

Brand name Culmen (1907–1909)

With the brand name Culmen there was a model with its own single-cylinder engine with a displacement of 1100 cm³ , as well as models with four-cylinder engines from Chapuis-Dornier with a displacement of 1500 cm³ and 1700 cm³.

Brand name FL (1910-1914)

Henri de la Fresnaye from Levallois-Perret manufactured small cars with the brand name FL between 1908 and the end of 1909 . From 1910 Otto took over the production. The 12/16 CV model had a four-cylinder engine with 2010 cc and 13 hp . In 1911 or 1912, the 18/24 CV model with a six-cylinder engine and a displacement of 3015 cm³ also appeared.
