Girecourt-sur-Durbion is located on the Durbion River , about 17 kilometers northeast of Épinal . The RN 420 runs through the municipality . Girecourt-sur-Durbion is surrounded by the neighboring communities of Destord in the northeast, Gugnécourt in the east, Méménil and Fontenay in the south, Aydoilles in the southwest, Dompierre in the west and Padoux in the northwest.
