The Liverpool company began producing automobiles in 1904. The brand name was Provincial . Production ended in 1905.

There were two models on offer. The smaller model was a two-seater that was powered by a single-cylinder engine with 6.5 hp . The larger model had a two-cylinder engine with 12 hp. The barrel body offered space for four people.
