Les Côtes-de-Corps is a French commune with a population of 70 (as at 1st January 2017) in the department of Isère in the region Auvergne Rhône-Alpes (before 2016 Rhône-Alpes ). It belongs to the Arrondissement of Grenoble and the canton of Matheysine-Trièves (until 2015 Corps ). The inhabitants are called Lou San-Dzuanous .

Les Côtes-de-Corps is located about 45 kilometers south-southeast of Grenoble . Les Côtes-de-Corps is surrounded by the neighboring communities of Sainte-Luce in the north and west, Saint-Michel-en-Beaumont in the north and north-west, La Salette-Fallavaux in the east, Corps in the south and Quet-en-Beaumont in the west and Southwest.
The national route 85 runs through the municipality .
