Beaufin is a French commune with a population of 20 (as at 1st January 2017) in the department of Isère in the region Auvergne Rhône-Alpes (before 2016 Rhône-Alpes ). It belongs to the Arrondissement of Grenoble and the canton of Matheysine-Trièves ( canton Corps until 2015 ). The inhabitants are called Beaufinois .

location

Beaufin is located about 48 kilometers south-southeast of Grenoble . The Drac limits the community to the north and east. Beaufin is surrounded by the neighboring communities Aspres-lès-Corps in the north and north-east, Saint-Firmin in the east, Le Glaizil in the south, Monestier-d'Ambel in the south-west and Ambel in the west and north-west.
