Pellafol is a French municipality with 136 inhabitants (as of January 1 2017) in Isère in the region Auvergne Rhône-Alpes (before 2016 Rhône-Alpes ). It belongs to the Arrondissement of Grenoble and the canton of Matheysine-Trièves (until 2015 Corps ). The inhabitants are called Prafoulous .

Pellafol is located about 45 kilometers south-southeast of Grenoble . The Drac delimits the municipality in the north, the Souloise in the east. Pellafol is surrounded by the neighboring communities of Châtel-en-Trièves in the north and north-west, Quet-en-Beaumont in the north, Corps in the north-east, Ambel in the east, Monestier-d'Ambel in the east and south-east, Saint-Disdier in the south, Tréminis in the South-west and Saint-Baudille-et-Pipet to the west and south-west.
