Tréminis is a French municipality with 178 inhabitants (as of January 1 2017) in the department of Isère in the region Auvergne Rhône-Alpes (before 2016: Rhône-Alpes ). The municipality is located in the Arrondissement of Grenoble and belongs to the canton of Matheysine-Trièves (until 2015: canton of Mens ).

Tréminis is the southernmost municipality in the Isère department. It is located about 50 kilometers south of Grenoble . Tréminis is surrounded by the neighboring communities of Saint-Baudille-et-Pipet in the north, Pellafol in the northeast, Agnières-en-Dévoluy in the east, Lus-la-Croix-Haute in the south and southwest, Lalley in the west and Prébois in the northwest.
