The European route 673 (short: E 673 ) is part of the European trunk road network in Romania . From Lugoj ( dt. Lugosch ) in the Timiș district , the European road leads in a north-easterly direction to Ilia ( Elienmarkt ) in the Hunedoara district and thus connects the European road E 70 with the E 68 . At the same time, it forms the Romanian drum național 68A over its entire course .

Route

From Lugoj, a town in the historical Banat region , the 81-kilometer road leads northwest of the Poiana-Ruscă Mountains to the village of Săcămaș ( Hungarian Szakamás ) - an incorporated village of the Ilia municipality - in the southwest of the Transylvanian Basin .

The branch line Ilia-Lugoj runs along the E 673 from the small town of Făget ( Fatschet ) to the municipality of Margina (Hungarian Marzsina ) . At the place Coșevița - an incorporated village of the municipality of Margina - the European road leads at a height of 321  m over the Coșevițapass .
