Osselle-Routelle is a French municipality with 949 inhabitants (as of January 1 2017) in the department of Doubs in the region Bourgogne Franche-Comté . It belongs to the canton of Besançon-6 in the arrondissement of Besançon . It was created by a decree of December 21, 2015 as Commune nouvelle with effect from January 1, 2016, by merging the previous municipalities of Osselle and Routelle .
