Just Dance is a music game series that was developed by Ubisoft for various game consoles . The first part with the title of the same name was released in 2009 exclusively for the Wii game console . An elementary part of the series is dancing to the rhythms and dance steps given by the game .
Gameplay
In Just Dance the player tries to imitate all the movements of the on-screen dancer. Players get points based on how well they have moved.

Just Dance 2 is the successor to Just Dance . The concept of the game is the same as Just Dance . Up to four people can play at the same time. You try to imitate the dance steps of the dancer displayed on the screen as closely as possible.
Innovations
The different dance modes are new. In "Just Dance Mode" you dance as normal as in Just Dance, in "Duet Mode" there are two on-screen dancers on the screen, in "Dance Battle Mode" up to eight Players compete against each other, in "Just Sweat Mode" you collect "Sweat Points" during the dance. In the "Non-Stop Shuffle" all songs are played one after the other without a break and at least five songs are mixed in the medley.

Just Dance 3 is the third game in the Just Dance series. The game concept is the same as in Just Dance 1 & 2 .
new hits
- In the "Dance Crew" mode, each player can choose a figure to dance, so that a total of four figures appear.
- "Mojo". Mojo is understood to be the gifts that you get by collecting the stars (2000 points = 1 star).
- "Dance Mash-Ups " are dances that consist of other dances.
- "Hand in Hand / Hold my Hand". In this mode, two players share a Wii Remote , so there are eight characters on the screen, all holding hands.

Just Dance 2014
Just Dance 2014 is the 5th part of the Just Dance series. It was published on October 1, 2013. Instead of numbers, the difficulty is now displayed using words such as "easy, medium, difficult or virtuoso".
Changes to the predecessor
- On-stage mode: One dancer plays the main role, the other two are the background dancers.
- Just Dance DJ: Available for Xbox One and PlayStation 4 .
- Party Master: Improved version of Puppeteer Mode (only for the Wii U , Xbox 360 and Xbox One ).
- World Dancefloor: Play online with or against other players (Internet connection required).
- Karaoke mode: Sing your favorite songs (for all consoles except for the Wii ).
Just Dance 2014 contains 50 songs.

Different dancers from all sorts of parts of Just Dance were put together into a dance / song. Gold moves have now been reintroduced during the “Just Dance 4” break. Some mashups can only be activated in certain months, but others can already be bought in the store - with Mojo Points.

Party master
The player sitting at the Wii-U game pad decides to which choreography the other players have to dance. 4 dancers always appear on the gamepad, from which he chooses one and the others then have to perform this move. Criticism from the trade press
In 2014, GBase.ch magazine gave Just Dance a rating of 8.0. The test report praised the large selection of songs and the diverse game modes. In return, the menu navigation and the difficult-to-see pictograms were criticized.
Just Dance 2015
Just Dance 2015 is the sixth game in the Just Dance series and, like the other parts, was produced by Ubisoft . It was announced at E3 on June 9, 2014.
