Satellite Awards / Film / Best Actress

from Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia

The Satellite Award for Best Leading Actress honors the actresses who have shown outstanding achievements as main characters in a film . Before 2011, this award was for a leading actress in a drama and another for a leading actress in a film in the comedy / musical category. Two winners were honored in 2016 and 2017: the best leading actress in an independent film and that of a publication by a large film studio ("Major").
