The valley of the Conche is flanked on both sides by wooded heights. To the west are the Bois de la Chainée (up to 560  m ) and the Mont du Peu ( 458  m ). To the east, the municipal area extends over the Bois Monniot ( 507  m ) and the Bois les Planches up to the heights of the Bois de Séchin ( 570  m ) and in the far south to the rocky crest of the Rocher de Champharon , which is the highest at 607  m Elevation of muon is achieved.

history

Various finds indicate that the municipality of Myon was already populated in prehistoric times. In the Middle Ages, Myon formed its own little rulership. Together with Franche-Comté , the village came to France with the Peace of Nijmegen in 1678.

Economy and Infrastructure
