List of world champions in summer biathlon
The list of world champion in summer biathlon performs all the medalists since 1996 by the IBU conducted Summer Biathlon World Championships on. Initially, only cross-country competitions were held; since 2006 there have also been competitions on roller skis. Since 2010, only roller ski races have been held. Right from the start, the competitions for women and men were held on an equal footing, and the Junior World Championships in summer biathlon always take place in parallel .
