List of listed German companies

from Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia

This list contains all listed companies with formal or operational headquarters in Germany (as of March 16, 2018). In addition to the shares of the regulated market, this also includes the open market . Listing on foreign stock exchanges is also included. Not listed are so-called unlisted values that cannot be traded on an exchange , but rather at over-the-counter trading houses such as Valora Effekten or Schnigge .

Companies that were removed from the stock exchange through squeeze-out , delisting , merger, etc. are no longer listed. Companies in insolvency (iI) or in liquidation (iL or iAbw.) Remain in the list as long as their shares are tradable on a stock exchange.

The company names in the list correspond to the commercial names of the stock corporations.

Of the approximately 800 companies on the list, around 150 are included in the indices of the most highly capitalized and most traded stocks ( DAX , MDAX , SDAX and TecDAX ). These indices also include some foreign stocks.
