Miossens-Lanusse is a French municipality with 267 inhabitants (at January 1, 2017) in the department of Pyrénées-Atlantiques in the region Nouvelle-Aquitaine (before 2016: Aquitaine ). It belongs to the Arrondissement of Pau and the canton of Terres des Luys et Coteaux du Vic-Bilh (until 2015: Thèze ). Miossens-Lanusse was created in 1841 from the amalgamation of the communities of Miossens and Lanusse.

Neighboring communities of Miossens-Lanusse are Claracq and Lalonquette in the north, Thèze in the northwest, Carrère in the east, Auriac in the west, Sévignacq in the southeast and Lasclaveries in the south.
