Limendous Town Hall (Mairie)

Limendous ( Occitan : Limendós ) is a French municipality with 706 inhabitants (as of January 1 2017) in the department of Pyrénées-Atlantiques in the region Nouvelle-Aquitaine (before 2016: Aquitaine ). It belongs to the Arrondissement of Pau and is part of the canton of Vallées de l'Ousse et du Lagoin (until 2015: canton of Pontacq ).

Limendous is about 15 kilometers east-southeast of Pau at the foot of the Pyrenees . Limendous is surrounded by the neighboring communities Espéchède in the north, Lourenties in the east and northeast, Espoey in the southeast, Soumoulou in the south, Nousty in the west and southwest and Andoins in the northwest.

The A64 autoroute runs through the municipality .
