Attractions

  • Church in Casteide, dedicated to Lawrence of Rome . It is believed that the original construction dates from the Middle Ages . It was enlarged at the beginning of the 18th century, as evidenced by the date "1702" above the entrance. The nave has a main aisle and a side aisle and has a bell gable . Many of the church's furnishings date from the 17th to 19th centuries and are registered as national cultural assets.
  • Former church in Doat, dedicated to the Assumption of Mary , built in the 15th century. A bell gable rises above the west facade with two wall openings in which the bells are hung.
