Mazères-Lezons ( Occitan : Maseras e Leson ) is a French municipality with 1833 inhabitants (as of January 1 2017) in the department of Pyrénées-Atlantiques in the region Nouvelle-Aquitaine . The municipality belongs to the arrondissement of Pau and the canton of Pau-3 . The inhabitants are called Mazérois .

Mazères-Lezons is located in the historic province of Béarn on the Gave de Pau River . The place belongs to the Béarn wine region . Mazères-Lezons is surrounded by the neighboring communities of Bizanos in the north and northeast, Aressy in the east, Uzos in the south and southeast and Gelos in the west and northwest.
