List of German-language radio plays

from Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia

Important German-language radio plays are collected on this list . A comprehensive overview of the German-language radio play production is offered by freely accessible databases such as the ARD radio play database (see section Web links ) with the largest range, the HörDat and HspDat.to databases , with fewer entries, but also with productions from Switzerland and Austria that were created without cooperation with German broadcasters. (Duplication of the radio play price for the war blind and the radio play of the month should be avoided.)

Commercial productions

Numerous productions originate from Europa (formerly part of Miller, today part of Sony BMG ). These radio plays are sold on sound carriers (earlier still vinyl or cassette, today CD) or distributed as mp3. Even today, children's radio plays from the 1970s and 80s, such as The Three Question Marks and TKKG , together with the radio play music composed for them, enjoy “cult status” with fans.
