It took place in 1987

The 1987 Deutschland Cup was held in Stuttgart from December 28th to 30th, 1987 . In addition to the German national team , the selections of Czechoslovakia and Poland took part in the competition.

Held in 1993

The 1993 Deutschland Cup was held from November 4th to 7th, 1993 in the cities of Stuttgart , Ulm , Bietigheim and Pforzheim . The teams from Russia , Canada , Finland , Germany , the Czech Republic and Switzerland started in the preliminary round in two groups. The two group winners then contested the final for the tournament victory, the two runners-up played off third place.

It took place in 1994

The Germany Cup 1994 took place from November 3rd to 6th, 1994 in the cities of Stuttgart , Pforzheim and Neu-Ulm . For the first and so far only time, a " DEL All-Star-Team", consisting of the best players of the then newly founded German Ice Hockey League, took part in the competition alongside national teams.

Held in 2000

After a three year break, took Germany Cup 2000 from 10 to 12 November 2000 in the Expo 2000 built Preussag Arena in Hannover instead. The competition was reintroduced as part of the 2001 Ice Hockey World Championship in Germany . As with the previous host 1997 alongside hosts took Germany to Switzerland , Canada and Slovakia on Germany cup.
