List of members of the Reichstag under National Socialism (4th electoral term)
With § 1 of the law against the formation of new parties of July 14, 1933, the NSDAP was declared the only party existing in the German Reich . As a result, in the Reichstag "elected" on April 10, 1938, only the faction of the NSDAP existed. With the supplementary election of December 4, 1938 , MPs from the Sudetenland also entered. Members of the Reichstag who did not belong to the NSDAP were listed as guests of the NSDAP parliamentary group.
According to the official election results, a total of almost 49 million votes were cast (voter turnout 99.6%), of which 99.1% were for the NSDAP lists. The Reichstag thus had 814 members. After the entry of the 41 MPs from the Sudetenland as a result of the supplementary election of December 4, 1938 and the admission of MPs from other areas that had come to the Reich , the number of members rose to 876.
The Reichstag only met eight times ; the last session took place on April 26, 1942 .
