The federal road 446 (abbreviation: B 446 ) is located in southern Lower Saxony and runs from Hardegsen to Duderstadt.

The B 446 begins east of the city of Hardegsen as an extension of the B 241 , which bends there in a northerly direction. After about four kilometers it first crosses the Autobahn 7 at the Nörten-Hardenberg junction and after another kilometer the B 3 . It crosses the spots Norten-Hardenberg and continues southeast to Ebergötzen.
At the Ebergötzen bypass , the B 446 meets the B 27 , with which it runs for about two kilometers in a north-easterly direction, before it branches off again in a south-easterly direction. The B 446 then bypasses Seeburg , Seulingen , Esplingerode and Westerode and ends in Duderstadt on the B 247 .
From a parking lot south of Seeburg, the Seeburg lake with its surrounding area and the Harz Mountains can be seen from afar.
The total length of the B 446 is approx. 38 kilometers.
