The federal highway 434 (abbreviation: B 434 ) was a German federal highway and ran from Hamburg-Uhlenhorst to Bargteheide . Historically, it is the southern part of the Königsweg from Hamburg to Lübeck.

The route in detail: junction from the B 5 at Friedrich-Schütter-Platz ( Mundsburg ) - Hamburger Strasse / Oberaltenallee - Barmbeker Markt - Bramfelder Strasse - Bramfelder Chaussee - Saseler Chaussee - Bergstedter Chaussee - state border Hamburg / Schleswig-Holstein near Hoisbüttel - Ammersbek - Bargteheide, where it joins the B 75 in the direction of Lübeck, which used to run there .

The southern end of the B 434 was almost directly connected to the B 75, so both were alternative routes.

Parts of the B 434 were downgraded in March 2005, in Schleswig-Holstein to state road 225.
