  • The national highway 190 (abbreviation: B 190 ) is a German federal highway in the state of Saxony-Anhalt between Salzwedel and Seehausen (Altmark) . The federal road 190 is part of the Romanesque Road , which also leads over the old route through Arendsee.

    history

    The 41.5 km long Prussian State Office No. 86b was completed in 1854. It connected the Prussian Staatschausseen 86 (Magdeburg - Lüneburg, today's B 71 ) and 86a (Magdeburg - Wittenberge, today's B 189 ).

    The national highway  190 was introduced to the 1937th This road was completely on the territory of the GDR and was designated as Fernverkehrsstrasse 190 (abbreviation F 190 ).

    The city of Arendsee has been bypassed using a bypass road since October 5th, 1995.
