The national highway 222 was a federal highway in Germany, in the state of North Rhine-Westphalia . It was completely in the Rhine district of Neuss .

The Bundesstraße 222 last began in Meerbusch on the B 9 and ran north towards Krefeld . Before that, however, it had been replaced by the A 44 and A 57 from AS Meerbusch-Strümp . The old route continued north via Lank-Latum to Krefeld to the B 57 / B 288 .

On January 1, 2008, the main road was rededicated as Landesstraße 137.
