A-Jugend-Bundesliga (participation from 2003 to 2015)
FC Hansa Rostock is one of the founding members of the A-Jugend-Bundesliga, which was introduced in 2003, and played its games in the North / Northeast relay until relegation in 2014/15 . In the 2009/10 season , the relay victory and the championship title was won. Rostock was runner-up in 2012/13 .
