Administrative division in Germany 1977

This article describes the administrative structure in Germany in 1977 , i.e. the regional structure of the Federal Republic of Germany and the German Democratic Republic with the consideration of Berlin .

In relation to the Federal Republic of Germany, the states, administrative districts, independent cities and districts are listed. The information from the Statistical Yearbook 1979 of the Federal Republic of Germany as of June 30, 1977 is adopted.

With reference to the German Democratic Republic, the districts, urban and rural districts are listed. The information from the Statistical Yearbook 1979 of the German Democratic Republic as of December 31, 1977 is adopted.
